Chick-fil-A Now Open Valley Ranch Town Center

June 21, 2017

The Signorelli Company, developer Valley Ranch Town Center is thrilled to announce that Chick-fil-A is open for business. Master-planned to include 1.5 million square feet of retail, dining, hospitality, entertainment and civic venues now open or soon to open, Valley Ranch Town Center is situated within the 1,400-acre master-planned community of Valley Ranch, at the epicenter of growth in the Northeast Houston corridor at I69/99, just north of Kingwood. Valley Ranch Town Center is the largest retail project currently underway in the Houston area.

Local franchise owner Zack Derelioglu will open the newest Chick-fil-A restaurant bringing 70 new jobs to the area. It was love at first bite for Texas native Derelioglu whose first taste of a Chick-fil-A sandwich started his pursuit to becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator. His selection as Operator 16 years ago this year provided the opportunity for him to be a part of the chain’s aggressive expansion into California. He moved to the state to open Orange County’s first stand-alone Chick-fil-A.
